Is it global warming or just climate change?

What God Says
Let's take another look at what is happening to our planet from a Biblical point of view.
We all know what it says in Genesis 1:1 - "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth"
And in Psalm 24:1 it says: "The earth is the Lord's and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters.
So God created the earth and it belongs to Him. After he created Adam and Eve he told them to take care of it.
"The Lord God placed the man in the Garden of Eden to tend and care for it". (Genesis 2:15)
Just because God threw Adam and Eve out of the Garden does not mean we are no longer responsible for taking care of our environment. If we continue to destroy our beautiful planet it will vomit us out. "Do not give the land a reason to vomit you out for defiling it..." (Leviticus 18:28).
God tells us that because of our disobedience he will "make the skies above as unyielding as iron and the earth beneath as hard as bronze. All your work will be for nothing, for your land will yield no crops, and your trees will bear no fruit". (Leviticus 26:19-20).
We have broken God's environmental laws and as a result we are now reaping the consequences. God gave us charge over the earth and it is our responsibility to take care of it:
"Multiply and fill the earth and subdue it. Be masters over the fish and birds and all the animals... I have given you the seed-bearing plants throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food." (Genesis 1:28-29)
Earlier this year Australia experienced a severe drought, one of the worst in its history. Some believe that this is due to global warming.

After God created the earth He saw that it was good. What is happening to our planet now is not good. And if we heed the warnings of the IPCC we can revert what is happening, and God in turn will do his part.
It's not too late, if we heed God's word we can change things around and restore the earth to the way it was meant to be.
Listen, God tells us: "If you keep my laws and are careful to obey my commands, I will send the seasonal rains. The land will then yield its crops, and the trees will produce their fruit. Your threshing season will extend until the grape harvest, and your grape harvest will extend until it is time to plant grain again. You will eat your fill and live securely in your land." (Leviticus 26:3-5).
At least just think about.
